About icoNIC Steam Cleaning
I’m Nic Oliva, and I have saved countless customers thousands by reviving their flooring and furniture with my detailed cleaning services. I’ve been deep cleaning homes and office spaces since 2021 and have loved every minute of it.
If you get goosebumps when you hear debris shoot into a vacuum hose, or if you have ever marveled at immaculate vacuum lines, I probably don’t need to explain why I love what I do.
I want you to take pride every inch of your space, so I tackle dirt, stains, sticky residue, and traffic paths worn by dirty feet, shoes, and spills with passion.
When I’m not bringing new life to people’s homes and workplaces, I’m doing what I can to live my life to the fullest. I’ve known my share of loss and hardship, so I approach every day and every relationship with gratitude and humility.
Outside of work, I can usually be found with my family and friends, enjoying music, sports, and keeping things simple.

UPHOLSTERY CLEANING, TILE AND GROUT,
CARPETS, AND HARDWOOD FLOORS
For hard surface floors and carpeting, icoNIC brings the heat. If necessary, I’ll agitate the surfaces with a brush. Then I’ll use a truck-mount machine in our van for steam cleaning and hot water extraction. This gets your floors as clean as they can get, eliminating the vast majority of dirt, germs, and bacteria on your flooring.

LEAVE NO TRACE
IT'S ALL IN THE RINSE
My secret to leaving behind little to no detergent residue is using a pre-spray treatment with a strong pH, and rinsing with a very low pH product. After deep-cleaning all fibers, these products neutralize each other and disappear!
For carpet protectant, I use 3M Scotchgard or System X.

LOCK IN RESULTS
Tile, grout, vinyl, and hardwood dry in two hours or less.
Upholstery and carpets dry within 24 hours.
Since moisture pulls dirt quicker, I always recommend that you minimize walking on the area while it dries. To speed up the drying process:
